When you place an order, book a showroom visit, request leather swatches, apply for a trade account, contact our team, or sign up to our mailing list, you may provide us with: your full name, email address, phone number, delivery and billing address, company name and role (for trade enquiries), project details and spatial information shared during consultations, and payment information processed securely via our payment provider. We do not store full card details.
Information collected automatically
When you visit our website, we automatically collect certain technical information including your IP address, browser type and version, device type and operating system, pages visited and time spent on them, referring URLs, and interaction data.
